Further to the Regeneration Framework expert workshop hosted by Creating Excellence in Bristol on 9 October, a South West response has now been submitted by Creating Excellence. A workshop was held last month by Creating Excellence to consider a response to the government's recent publication of the document "Transforming places; changing lives" which lays out its proposals for the future of regeneration in England. We are proud to announce that Cornwall Sustainable Energy Partnership won our inaugural REWARDS scheme on 5 December 2007. Otter Rotters, a community-based recycling scheme, was the runner-up.
